Requirements
To attain a certificate in Event Management from The George Washington University’s School of Business and Public Management, students must successfully complete the following within 2 years:
·All of the four “Core Classes” (4.8 CEU’s)
·The equivalent of 3.6 CEU’s in elective courses
·100 hours of practicum experience
·The Professional Portfolio
·The graduation form
All financial obligations to George Washington University must be met.
Graduation
Graduation is once yearly in the Summer. All Certificate completion requirements must be met and submitted by May 1 for Summer Graduation. Certificates will be signed by the Dean at the end of The George Washington University school year (June of each year). Once signed, the Certificate will be mailed to your enrollment address.
